Already have a free pass so accommodation is next on the list
followed by flights. have a lead on some free accommodation so
might almost have this wrapped up.
Flights aren't a problem if I leave before the last day. Not an
issue for me as 2/3 days should be more than enough given that I
only had 24 hours last year...
Quite frankly I'd skip 3GSm (it's a brawl of people) and aim for
something like SXSW Interactive inAustin in March
(http://www.sxsw.com/). More than just mobile, more technology,more
paries, better people, and for you slightly cheaper!
@ewan SXSW definitely looks
interesting but the thing is I couldn't get work to pay for that

3GSM is directly related to my job so, as long as it's within
the limits of my teams budget, it's a free ride. Plus last year was
interesting and it's always good to catch up with the usual people
at the Mobile Events :)
Back to SXSW though, I'm thinking about paying my own way and
having a couple of days there. I should hopefully have relocated to
Seattle by then so will be cheaper flights etc. Hope to see you
there!
Arguably though tehre's mobile stuff at SXSW, and surely you
need to be ahead of the curve and find new stuff (/me whistles).
Grab me on skype (ewanspence) if you need SXSW advice. Gonna be
third or forth year for me.
